And to take CARE of and be GOOD to The Women! The Qur'an enjoins good treatment of one's wife: she is to be honored and treated kindly, even when one no longer feels the love in one's heart towards her. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “and live with them honorably. If you dislike them, it may be that you dislike a thing and Allaah brings through it a great deal of good” [al-Nisa’ 4:19] The Qur’aan explains that women have rights over their husbands, just as their husbands have rights over them. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “And they (women) have rights (over their husbands as regards living expenses) similar (to those of their husbands) over them (as regards obedience and respect) to what is reasonable, but men have a degree (of responsibility) over them. And Allaah is All-Mighty, All-Wise” [al-Baqarah 2:228] This verse indicates that the man has additional rights, commensurate with his role as protector and maintainer and his responsibility of spending (on his wife) etc. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) enjoined kind treatment and honoring of one’s wife, and he described the best of people as those who are best to their wives. He said: “The best of you are those who are the best to their wives, and I am the best of you to my wives.” Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 3895; Ibn Maajah, 1977; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) spoke beautiful words concerning the kind treatment of one’s wife, stating that when the husband feeds his wife and puts a morsel of food in her mouth, he earns the reward of doing an act of charity. He said, “You never spend anything but you will be rewarded for it, even the morsel of food that you lift to your wife’s mouth.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 6352; Muslim, 1628 Knowing Better I Will Strive To Do Better!!! I take care to nourish my body mind and soul, taking care of them all, doing my best to remain balanced in all aspects of my life, it is a lifelong process and I hope to pass this on to you and our children bi'ithnillah (By the permission of Allah!) Having  a passion for tools.. learned that  from my Hot Rod days.. building cars as a teen  and then from USAFas a Jet Mech..... After looking over my mother's shoulder...bought a sewing Mach... Learned how to sew... Wound up making Hats... Art to wear... Came across a Hammond B-3 organ...played keyboard when I was younger...Jazz musicians at that were My Heroes...Miles Davis...Duke Ellington...Thelonious  Monk...Charlie Parker...John Coltrane... From the music ..I was introduced to Photography and some Paint Brushes... Attended the Jazz concerts in the Bay Area...that's where I'm from...photographed these musicians and then sold the work to them...   Herbie Hancock...Mc Coy Tyner...Bill Whithers... Dr.Eddie Henderson  Tod Barkkan...Im saying all this is to say...this is the result of putting forth the effort... and letting G-D produce the results...this formula works ...To sum it all up...a few keys.. ... THERE IS ONLY ONE  HUMANITY... WORDS MAKE PEOPLE... .FAITH IN G-D... HARD WORK.... HIGH THINKING... AND SIMPLE LIVING...  IS WHAT IT'S  aLL ABOUT .., ..I've put the description of my life...my philosophy and the direction of how I plan to get there... and the importance of the method and technique.. I tried use their rules  I tried to do it their way...not happening... but I'm still open for discussion...on any level concerning ...What is a Man ?..What is a Father ..What is  a Leader...I  just turned 73yrs. Mon...clock is running for real...And at this juncture I can... really be...FOR REAL FOR..ONCE IN MY LIFE and... So...many people are on these kinds of settings...talking about...being Honest...being for Real... having good Character ...what the perfect this is ..and  What the perfect that is...it's over my head...the simplicity of it... is...in my opinion... Starts at...what are you using as your point of authority...The Bible..The Torah... The Injeel...or The Holy Quran... Well...for me I've selected...The Holy Quran... as my point of authority as it is a book of reason...I'm personally touched by that because..."  Reason " was introduced and established for me... by..  the sixth grade...and the majority of my life's decisions  since then... I've used this as my yardstick to reality  ..."what is the reason for this ...what is the reason for that ...which then opens you up to...  "Reasons..Cousins...".. .Freedom...Justice ...and Equality.! The Quran...a  book... which brings glad tidings ...to mankind along with divine admonition...stresses the importance of man's discovery...of truth on both spiritual  and intellectual planes.  Every book has it's objective and the objective of  the Quran  IS to make man aware  of the Creations plan of G'D..That is ..to tell man why G'D created this world...what the purpose is of settling man on earth ...what is required  from man in his pre -death life span...and what he is going to confront after his death.  The purpose of the Quran... is to make man aware of this reality...thus serving to guide man on his entire journey  through life into the after-life. The main themes of the Quran are...Enlightenment ..Closeness to G'D...Peace...and Spiritually.  The Quran uses several terms ...Tawassum..Tadabbur...and Tafakkur ...which indicate... the learning of lessons through  Reflection ...thinking and contemplation ...on the Signs of G'D  scattered across the world.
